Noticed today that realestate.com.au now have recent sales on the property pages where you can see the past sales in the suburb.

Auction results have been included too....very handy info.

The recent sales have always been there it was just a little word to click on down the bottom so I think they have just stuck a new button to click on the side. Auction thing is handy though.

The recent sales is definitely a new feature. They've always had the sold section but this seems to be showing similar sales for the suburb regardless of whether or not they had been re.com.au properties.

Looks like the first one in the list wasn't advertised on re.com.au because there is no link back.
