Just as well the balconies are tiny... not sure you'd want to be enjoying the "atmosphere" outside!

I do not know Sydney whatsoever, however I'm sure it's nice and pricey given it's apparent proximity to the CBD (and waterfront).

For overseas buyers they would discover the same if they bother to log into google maps => street view....

They are asking from 1.75mil per apartment ! The rent better be worth it...

Personally, don't see any issues with they have used the photo to market the apartments. Its a pretty stock standard photo of the apartment block. As for the view across the road, well those buildings will be complete in due course and and as for child care facility, will the kids make more noise than the passing traffic?

NB Admittedly don't know where in Sydeny this is....
