Rebuilding with Allworth Homes

Hey all,

My parents are in the process of finding a builder that would demolish and rebuild their old home in Sydney.

They are looking at going with Allworth Home Builders.

Has anyone dealt with them before? Anything good vs bad things you need to watch out for?

Their initial meeting with Allworth indicated that paperwork would take 3-4 months and building 4-5 months. Is this normal?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Can't comment on timeframes, but I do know that my parents-in-law built their last home with Allworth and thought they were wonderful to deal with.

depends on which council your dealing with for example 3-4 months to to get a knock down and rebuild through north sydney council would be highly unlikely
