I used to use a website that showed sales prices of houses for at least the last 10 years. This was free. You could go into the site, type a street name in, and it would show prices for house sales in that street for the last 10 years or so... awesome. It was called propertyguide.com.au.
Does Anyone know what happenned to it, or if a similar site exists?
