Well the reno is finally done! (almost). Time to get through a PM and get this thing advertised. Not happy with whom we used last time especially as the house was left a mess ("but you're renovating" was the attitude).

So recommendations please?

Russell is what a PM should be as you can see in my thread. I just wish he was down here in Melbourne too.

If you give him a go, I'm sure you won't regret it as my experiences have been top notch to date.

Great comms, good maintenance knowledge, appropriate and great advertising of property including the inspections.

Hey Wylie - will do so once I get a spare moment (probably around christmas)
Having said that I'll ask the other half if it's ok if we do a Somersoft open house (probably around the 17th).
Got some nice pictures of green walls with rose trim with popcorn texture white and silver glitter ceilings (topped off with green and white floral carpet) . Now hogsbristle quarter with white trim and soon to be vinyl plank flooring throughout.

Was going to post the link to realestate.com.au but have removed it already.

had two opens over 30 people turn up and 17 applications was for rent at $485pw rented for $510. 12 months lease.

writing an article about it now and will post in a separate link once finished.
