Reliable PM Gosnells Area WA

Hi all,

Very new to this site but very interesting indeed - love it!

We have a IP in Thornlie WA, we live in Sydney. We are not happy with our PM & are looking at changing services.
Since we live in Sydney it is a task and a half trying to locate a reliable PM. Can anyone recommend a reliable PM in the Gosnells area of WA.

Hi,
I am also new to the forum & have learned a lot from it. Thank you "Sunshine" for introducing me, I am delighted with it.
Lorraine Spencer, Wentworth Mutual, Thornlie branch manages a property for me in that area. I find her very good. They charge 9%.

Hi Peterkin,

Thanks heaps for your response. We actually have dealt with Wentworth Mutual Thornlie Branch and have had troubles with them. The start was fine but have found them to be very slack of late.
