Rental Property in Rural NSW

Hi guys,
Just curious on what you guys think on the following...
Im looking at a block of 6 apartments (2,1,1 each) for a price of 510,000...
Last years rental return was 54,000 with a 95% occupancy rate...
Has anyone else got any rental properties/units blocks in rural areas around AUS?
If so how are they performing ?

Could you buy this type of block of units under an individual name? OR does it have to be under a company name?
What is the borrowing capacity i.e. LVR, please? Thanks.

It doesn't have to be under a company name.

LVR depends on the area and the property.
