I have a carpet covered stairway which I would be interested in changing to timber to match a timber floor which I am also considering.
So the purpose of this thread is to;
a) Ask for links/URLs for DIY tread suppliers
b) Ask for links/URLs/tutorials on DIY tread fitting
c) Ask for first hand tips and tricks experience
If you have done this yourself and have photo's I would be interested in before/after shots and any close ups that point out significant issues that I would need to know.
