Property sales data is available (to buy) from www.quotable.co.nz
I've been led to believe that the comparative sales per street is only available to account holders not casual users, so ring their help desk on 0800 651133 to enquire further.

RP data is in NZ now. They are in partnership with quotable.co.nz.
The name is slightly different though - maybe Real Data?

I will post the correct name tomorrow.
