I used to have a group a few years ago where we either used to meet up or skype one another and one of the things I miss about the group, is we used to share costs of using real estate tools like RP data, Residex reports, etc etc.. Everyone got busy and we lost touch..
I would like to resurrect a group like this again so that the hefty costs of having access to these tools is not too high..
If you have access to any of the following items, please contact me to discuss
1. PDS Live and for which state or what type of access do you have?
2. Real Estate Investar
3. RP data: and for which state or what type of access do you have?
4. Residex Reports: which ones and what years?
5. Terry's latest reports, which ones and what years?
