Evicted tenant's goods is a minefield. Evicted tenants seem to remember crap as being valuable and new. Suggest you discuss your situation with DFT and ensure you fully understand all the options before doing anything with those goods, which unfortunately still belong to someone else. Lots of photos are essential to prove the value of those goods.
