Looking to add value by introducing a washer/dryer. Does anyone know what is the smallest one you can get and how much they are worth? Also, is adding such an item worth it?
Please clarify what do you mean by introducing a washer/dryer? Is this as in a washing machine and dryer to be left at the house? Are you going to rent it out or sell it?
Check out the caravan/motor home shops as they have the small appliances
I know they have the smallest dishwasher money can buy.
May even be something online to check.
