I'm building a two storey home in South Perth Council area, where there seems no guideline for Soakwells by council.
I've 264sm total roof area with 14 downpipes. This is rear battle axe and I've only 1Meter and 1.5Meter distance between house and two side boundaries.
What kind of soakwell is best. Some people suggest putting two 1200x1200 concrete soak wells below drive way, other are suggesting going for individual soakwells (total 14). What's the best option?
