Splitting title

We are in the process of having valuations done to release equity. One of our IPs is a pair of 3 bed villas on one title. We understand this may effect the valuation.

What is the process we would have to go through to have these on separate titles and any approximate costs involved?

Varies wildly depending on many different factors.

First point of call is probably the council planners to see if such a proposal would comply with the zoning there.
