NFS had insurance and anyone who has a valid complaint about the advice they were given, could potentially make a claim against that insurance.

Can someone let me know how to lodge a complaint? Is it too late?

You may be too late mate, but...

Contact the Financial Ombudsman Service. (FOS) and ask them. I seem to recall that once the company has gone into liquidation that no new claims can be made via them. Failing that there is also direct legal action. This could be costly but if a few of you banded together it may be more manageable - good luck.

Hi, Does anyone know contact details for the clients who have banded together to take legal action...I heard that this is one of the reasons Navra went down - not quite sure f connection ? anyone know?
