Strata Management - Braddon

Hi Guys,

I live in a townhouse and had a meeting with all of the other owners in the complex last night as we're not very happy with our Strata Managers. Does anyone have any feedback on Strata Managers in Canberra? Good or bad would be most welcome.

I don't think a specific recommendation is of much use to you as you really want the strata manager who is actually interested in your business. Suggest you solicit some proposals based on some lightweight requirements... In Canberra, we only received a 70% response rate when recently choosing a new manager. Unfortunately it always comes down to individuals so make sure you get a feel for their staff churn.... not that this is a guarantee...

I have an apartment in The Vail in Henty St.

They have always seemed competent and professional.

Late reply - but in all fairness there are no good strata managers in Canberra.

I've worked with them all, and they are all rubbish. Try and find a small start up, and avoid the larger ones like the plague!
