Can't agree more with one of the comments:

There are 3 classes. The rich who work little and pay little tax. The middle who work hard and pay a lot of tax. The poor who are put there by the rich to scare the crap out of the midddle class and keep them working for the rich.

Sadly those work hardest were being 'punished' most via tax...
