Sub leasing inner city apartment to other people ?

Cool, that is what I'd like to achieve but obviously people in this forum has enlighten me with the information that this practice is not legal.

But yes, everyone else in the city CBD doing it :) :D

..and each room could have triple high bunkbeds.
Instead of renting the room, rent the bed, as some might be on shift work, and can use the bed during the day

OMG...that is 18..with a potential for 36 tenants @ $100-$125 week
hmmm $4500 week possible.

Supply breakfast and linens and then it may not fall under the RTA?

(I am only joking here..well, sort of :D)

Not only in sydney cbd, but there are plenty of people doing this in the suburbs.

Illegal migrants wouldn't mind to live in a room of six people. It is cheaper.

Yes that is true mate, anything can be done as long as the people living in there are happy and also the land lord getting paid cash in hand happy as well :)
