Was wondering if anyone had any knowledge in this area ?
I am looking at buying a duplex property that the builder is building on one title.
I would then like to sell one and keep the other to rent out.
Does any know how easy (or otherwise) it would be to put them on to separate titles ?
Also would it have to be strata titles or could they be non strata ?
Is this the sort of thing that differs between councils.
