Subdivision- letter from Telstra

Hi,

I need a letter from Telstra stating that phone connection is available to a block that I'm in the process of subdividing. The only problem is that no one at Telstra can put me touch with the right department. I'm continually being being given the run around and am no closer to getting this done.

Can anyone tell me which Telstra dept I need to speak to for this sort of thing.

Hi Reality Cheque,

Do they have some sort of domestic infrastructure dept? Can anyone in new connections put you in touch with the correct body?

(I feel your pain...for the most part Telstra s*ck)
