I just bought an IP in redbank plains, it's on a 835aq land for 275k. it is on Laurel st. it is very close to a park n only few mins driving to the shopping center. I am still a bit worried abt the black soil problem in many areas in Ipswich tho.
Adickt ...congratulations on your new purchase ..I think it's a great buy for that block of land. What kind of rental return are you expecting though ?
