but now is the time to conduct due diligence,
Does any one on SS
knows a good pest and building inspector in Inner Sydney or Eastern Suburbs.

I can highly recommend AusInspect. The guy provides really detailed reports and spends a lot of time on the inspection. He also has that infrared gadget thingy that detects termite activity and damp spots.
