Just wanting some views on the southern suburbs of sylvania and oyster bay. Nice properties on good blocks selling for about 800k, and near the water ( George's river). Historically these properties have very low growth rates, about 2.5 %.
We're looking to buy a ppor in the area and wonder why Growth has been so poor. Only negatives I can see are lack of train station, not so convenient drive route to the city and maybe govt spending in infrastructure has favoured the west, north west and the south has been ignored ?
