Take out wall?

Our renovators opportunity ppr has the front door opening into a small foyer, open on the left which leads down a staircase to the ground floor. The right hand wall has to stay and Im happy with that. I want to take out the door and wall in front of you which leads into the dining/lounge because you will then see straight out to sea from the entry. But, have just realised if I lower the wall on the left to 900h right around the staircase it will open the whole floor up and you can see straight over the stairwell and through the kitchen out to sea as well. question: would you take out the wall in front of you as you will then immediately see the dining room table, or should Ijust leave a nib attached to the right hand wall

Photos would help, but just from the sound of it, I would open it up as much as you can. If that means looking over the stairwell, past the kitchen to the sea, that sounds good... you just have to keep the kitchen reasonably tidy if seeing dishes will bother you.
