We've used Arrowpoint Inspections for the last two we've had done - I'd use them again and am happy to recommend them. Very good service. (And no, I'm not a friend/relative etc!)

They are all much of a muchness and even if they miss any termites, they will not be held liable.
When you get the inspection done watch the inspector go through his paces, areas checked "un"accessable areas etc and then read the report (including how they cover themselves) before filing it for tax time
Having a chat to the inspector about those little fellows is always interesting also and you may pick up some tips on what they like and what to look out for in the future
