'Think and Grow Rich' on Perth's streets

There's a whole industrial subdivision in Perth's northern suburbs whose streets are named after values and qualities that are often considered factors for (or expressions of) success.

Its a light industrial area so it's all businesses on those streets

Unfortunately there's no 'Deal Close'.

Nor is there a 'Virtuous Circle', a 'Market Place' or 'Fast Lane'.

And the less obvious 'cache' is used in preference to 'cash'.

There's a gym in the area and cyclists regularly use the LIA for their bike ride's, it's gotta be motivational
