think ill get rid of the tree

Talking to the sitting tenant of our soon to be i.p. on the get to know me and the property manager inspection, i pointed out i wouldnt mind trimming that tree (large about 15m high, really had budgeted to get rid of it all together) She said ....oh! their was another one closer to the house a year or so ago that i was looking at thinking it looked at a funny angle and next minute it crashed to the ground after being in the property seven years. Luckily it fell away from the house eh! I said.........:( .....yeah!
Think ill get rid of the tree on or before settlement day, at least cut it in half, that oughta ' Add Value '

Just thought ide share it !

There are trees which don't last a long time.

It would be worth while to talk to a nursery person to get an idea of how long trees on your property might last- especially ones close to a house.

Wattles, for instance, re great screening plants. The grow fast, and look terrific in spring.

But I understand that fifteen years is the expected lifespan. They may need to be cut out after that.
