A corner piece of land situatued near the centre of a busy growing qld city was on the market a year ago, with a da for a triplex and this company was trying to sell off the plan units i believe the price was 700 for all three anyway nothing happened.
now the house next door to this has come up for sale (not on the internet or advertised yet) and is i believe 600m2 and is quite cheap 180
obviously i know not much about development but would it be worth investigating more?, my thoughts would be that you could get 5 units on both lots (maybe), i thought it might be interestng as the city has really picked up pace and could be a great bit of land to hold onto for a couple of years
