Doolandella QLD?

Hi everyone,
I'm planning my next move and was wondering if someone has any opinions on Doolandella QLD?

No real drivers as far as I can see, but prices are moving quite fast and it's about 17 km from Brisbane CBD.

I like Doolandella also. Maybe something 2 to 4 years old 4 bed2 bath?
