Thuringowa's Riverway Project how will it affect the surrounding suburbs?

Hi all,

Just like to hear anyones thoughts on Thuringowa's Riverway Project. Has anyone bought or will buy a IP in or around Thuringowa because of this new project?

After seeing what the Strand has done for Townsvilles waterfront, it should be exciting to see the finished development in Thuringowa.

Im keeping a keen eye on the area for any bargains that may pop up.

yES i HAVE BEEN HAVING THE SAME THOUGHTS ABOUT THE AREA.

i GREW UP NOT FAR FROM THE NEW BRIDGE AND IT WILL CERTAINLKY MAKE A huge DIFFERAnce to the area.
hAVE NOTICED PRICES HAVE CREeping UP SLIGHTLY BUT STILL CHEAPER THAN OTHER AREAS OF TSV. maybe some of those less desirable areas of raSSMUSSEN MIGHT BE GOOD TO GET IN AND SIT BACK AND WAIT?

IT SHOULD BE FANTASTIC ONCE IT IS COMPLETED - ONLY ONE PROBLEM - SO MANY OPPORTUNITIES AND EQUITY WILL ONLY STRETCH SO FAR!
