An IP in Scone has suffered roof and water damage from the storm on the weekend
Any recommendations for a Builder who does insurance work, or a roof tiler, plasterer, painter and handyman who is able to remove and take away the pink bats.
Ideally I would love a builder to take care of the whole lot. The insurers have said it will be quicker to get it done myself rather than through their people as it could take quite a while.
Unfortunately my (new) PM doesn't seem very experienced with these things, and I think getting the roof repaired is a priority. Their handyman is currently on holidays.
