Obviously illegal.

You need two closable doors between a toilet and a kitchen.

Or a minimum of 1 with proper electric ventilation.

Ps.Though i could do the cooking while i'm having the a spa,save the spa water and wash dishes.Also i could buy a bag of ice and wack it in the spa and put a slab in there

The toilet is probably somewhere else (I'm hoping).

Reminds me of that one a few months ago with the toilet and shower in the lounge room.

Maybe its not a spa but an open plan oversized ground level sink? Throw all the dishes in and switch it to max bubble setting.

I've heard stories of the health department nabbing inner west eateries for this very issue. Ample space for food prep.

No eateries with toilets in the kitchen but food prep has been conducted using the toilet seat as a nice place to cut up meat

Hi beachgurl,

I suppose with one of those wooden seats on the toilet,you could ummm chop,chop.

I suppose after a few preps,you get the runs on the boards,i mean toilet seat.
