Could someone please advise what zoning is used in Armadale, WA for small scale developments (Duplex, Triplex and Townhouses up to 6).

There are various types of density zones in Armadale and you can look them up on a general map of the area or by address on Intramaps on the City of Armadale website

The development then needs to comply with the Residential Design Codes and comply with the blocks sizes, private open space, site coverage, setbacks as per the zoning for the location.

Note there is the current one, and new ones start in August - some block sizes will be smaller and allow more site coverage after August.
