WARNING Heat pumps, 3 years max.

Another alternative solution with no gas is an instantaneous hot water services.

We have one in our apartment and it works well. Only issue is it needs 3 phase power.

I've never liked them- and they still use a bit of power in "peak" power period (its like running a fridge or zircon).

Solar or instant gas make much more sense in my opinion.

i had to put one into a new build -was a diff brand that I cant recall, now the neighbour complaining about noise and the council is on my back. annoying, they pretty much force you to install these products then come down on you for all its faults!

Prop had the same issue with this hot water unit and next door neighbour.

He built in his carport to accommodate his aging father without
council approval then complained to me about the noisy hotwater system.
