Does anybody regularly get their water tanks serviced?
It's not something you would expect tenants to get involved in.
We have 5 townhouses 12 months old and 1 is having an issue with tripping the power when the pump goes on.
It's getting checked under warranty, but it it's because of blocked/clogged filters causing the problem, it's our cost.
The guy said you should get them serviced every 12 months and have the filters changed.
Only 1 townhouse has a tree near it, the rest don't, so not much risk of debris getting in through the top filter and into the tank.
Any thoughts on this.
Service tanks annually, or just let it go and hope for the best?
