We have our DA approved - what next ?

Hi all

We have our DA for a 1 to 2 Lot reconfiguration approved by Logan Council so what next ?

It seems we need to get "Operational Works" done next, and we have been told by Council to get an engineer to complete the application.

I guess the operational works is for the water meter, sewerage connection point, etc ???

Is this right?
Any suggestions for an engineer to do this for our property in Beenleigh QLD ?

It is possible to do it all yourself. A project manager can usually get it done cheaper and faster.

You will aslo need to either get connections to power (if underground) or an agreement to do so and same for telstra.

Basically you just need to go through your conditions of approval and see what is required for your specific development. Once you comply with those you can do your op works and your plan sealing.

Once you have it all done and plan sealing you will then give it to a law firm to register the titles.
