Yes I agree. some GF looks like a freight cargo load on stumps. But even the $100K 2bed builds are growing so quickly that they're multiplying like rabbits.

One popped up next door. Doesn't look too bad, masonry construction with tile roof.

Downside is the extra noise and now they park their car in in front of my house!

But what really peevs me is that they place their garbage bin in excatly the same spot where I used to put mine! Now I have to put the bin out at 430pm before they get home from work. God, what is this world coming to?....lol

Hate the ones on stilts, prefer the ones that are slab, blend into the area, and have their own off street parking.

Rented a new one just before Xmas.same rent as the two bed house.
