Hi,

Can I get a house with granny flat potential in St Clair, St Marys or Colyton for around 450k budget?

What is the minimum land size to build a gf?

St Clair, prob not. St Marys and Colyton should be able to get something reasonably easily.

Lots of irregular shaped blocks in Colyton so no guarantee that the block size will allow you to build a GF.

Prices look like they've popped up a bit in recent weeks. Perhaps there's been some reading of SS by the general public some weeks back when investors were lamenting at only getting a 50K increase in values in Colyton compared to surrounding suburbs.
