This is pretty freaky...
A relative of mine took us to inspect a house she and her husband wanted to buy. It needed heaps of work and updating and the price was too high. This was probably six months ago.
They kept an eye on it and the price came down slowly when it became clear the asking price was just too high. Finally, they put in a realistic offer and were waiting to see if it was accepted. We visited them last weekend when the call came to say the vendor accepted their offer. They are now putting their plans together for a major update, quite excited and decided to look at it on google maps.
Hubby said last night that they called and said that when they looked on google maps at the house, they are standing outside talking to someone.
How much of a coincidence is that?
