What colour would you paint this exterior?

Help me out please Brainstorming, cheap IP, tenants rough

just looking to paint the non brick part,

just trying to determine if a mocha colour makes it look like yellow dirty impression,

or whether a light grey or even a dark grey would be ok, Im also thinking of painting the gate as well teh same colour

Have painted a garage a dark grey and it looked fantastic but im not too sure about the entire exterior of the house

not looking to turn into an art piece, just something that looks modern and gives instant visual first impression

I think a dark grey would look nice with the brick and the white windows - nice and modern.

I like Dulux Malay Grey

There are enough features at the front of the house with the concrete verandah ,two types of bricks,roof to break it up to get away with it.

Try Dulux Exposed Elements (very nice Earthy grey...with a tinge of brown in it)

A mid tone murky grey green would look terrific with the red bricks as red and green are complimentaries. Paint downpipes same colour as house. The verandah posts, spouts etc. could be 4 shades darker, or if you really want to go for it, window frames and spouts very dark charcoal with verandah posts the darker murky grey/green
