007 .... We bought our first IP in 1996 and our last in 2008. Specialised in buy dumps, do reno, hold. Lots of work ! Retired in 2006 from day-job. LVR about 50-60%. LVR has increased a bit since retirement as values overall have fallen a bit. LL
