I get frustrated at the way the media forces governments into simplistic policy decisions.

I get frustrated too, but government on all sides cant take the "victim" position with stuff like this.

Leadership by media and "poll based decision making" is not leadership, might be smart polictics in todays age, but such behaviour might show a truly small heart where honour has no space to dwell.
