My experience with this is working in larger firms based in frankston. Low income properties on a low percentage management fee = less money to pay your property managers. They give you over 200 properties to manage and if you are able to negotiate for over 40K a year then you need to be considering a job negotiating peace treaties instead because you are just that good!
Thankfully I'm in a position now where it works much differently and I'm not used and abused or in the office from 6am - 6pm!!!
