I personally wouldn't touch these so called POSITIVE CASH FLOW companies reson being:
1. The price you will pay for the property will be way above the market value and you will have to wait couple of years to see any sort of Capital Gains.
2. Very hard to rent out as these are normally Multi Level Apartments like Docklands or City Apartments
3. You can do better by doing your own research like this forum is full of great knowledge.
