Hi,
I was just wondering, are there any circumstances in which a property that is zoned as low density residential can be sold as a commercial property?
I would prefer if it to be sold as residential as I could then borrow on better terms and I am more familiar with the conveyancing process for the purchase of a residential property but apparently it is sold as a commercial property. Would appreciate some insight on this. Thanks!
