500k~600k First IP.. Brisbane..

My budget is around 500k ~ 600k and hope to get a house within 10 ~15km from Brisbane city.

I've checked out many suburbs around Brisbane but haven't decided yet.

some areas I am interested are (good capital growth?)

Everton park, Macdowall, Aspley, Geebung, Northgate, Chermside

Carina, Mansfield, Carindale, Coorparoo, Runcorn, Macgregor, Sunnybank, Mt gravatt...

Too complicated for me to choose

please recommend me some suburbs and any advice will be appreciated..

Thanks.

I have places in Coorparoo.

Am doing a residential subdivision in Everton Park.

Coorparoo has a large Retail and apartment complex redevelopment happening in the heart of it. 18 storeys from memory.

It is probably my pick at the moment, but you will get more land for your dollar at Everton Park.

I purchased my last investment in Chermside and own another in Albany Creek, and am trying to buy again in Chermside if I can get finance. I would suggest most if not all listed would be ok for CG just make sure you do your homework on your purchase so you don't overpay.

If you need an opinion on anything in the northern suburbs feel free to ask as this is my patch for investing and work (agent)

Mura Mura,

With that budget you could buy in New Farm or get two inner city apartments.

But if it was me, I would buy 2 houses in Zillmere on 600m2 each.
