Hi All,
I've got a strata townhouse in the ACT with a damaged fence. The owners corp manager says I should replace the fence myself.
I don't want to because I've been paying $850 a quarter to fix other units roofing, so I want to see something for my money too
In NSW, the "boundary" fence that seperates the whole block from the next block or the street has been paid for by the corporation, which I think is right.
In the ACT, are the rules the same as NSW? In this case, my fence is a boundary fence, between the next block and ours.
Cheers
Dan
