Air Cons- tax deductible?

Hi,

two air cons were damaged (10 years old) due to lack of manintenace (that's what the PM told me). Anyways, I am in the midst of replacing them.

question to the floor is: are they fully tax deductible for the FY or need a new depreciation schedule? Those two air cons were installed before they were intially rented out.

If u replace then depreciation can be claimed on those items

Yep depreciate the new AC (unit plus installation) and write off any unclaimed depreciation on the old AC's. Also if you used borrowed funds to purchase new AC's then that loan interest is also tax deductible.
