Apple Cider vinegar & honey

I have been drinking Apple Cider vinegar & honey since a few months ago (recommended by a friend) and feel good. Just want to share with you, hope some of you will find it useful.
One soup spoon of honey + 1 soup spoon of vinegar in a cup of hot water first thing every morning and before bed.

Google "Apple Cider vinegar " and "honey" to read more about their benefits. For me, they have helped with my water retention, indigestion, constipation and skin.
