Bathroom Reno - Perth

Hi all,

We need to do a bathroom reno on an IP in Perth (SOR) - will be most likely a full reno as there is water damage to the walls, at this stage of unknown origin. Either way, it will need replacement shower and vanity and resealing/retiling as well as resolving the plumbing issues.

We live interstate and will need it to be managed by someone else. Does anyone have any recommendations? It will be a mid range reno.

Hi Celeste

Great to see you on the boards again - I hope you have been busy with your new venture - I have followed plenty of your reno threads.

We are now going to be moving back in to the property and therefore will probably not be able to have the reno done while the property is tenanted. The bathroom still needs doing, but we will assess the situation when we get there, and decide what course to take. If we dont do it ourselves, we will certainly consider "Plan B"!
